The New Rathaus Bernau represents a successful integration into urban space, centralizing civic services at a barrier-free location. The inclusion of gastronomy, an event hall, and a rooftop terrace has revitalized the city center.
Our expertise contributed to meeting high standards in energy-efficient building design. Optimized thermal insulation and sound-absorbing measures create pleasant acoustic conditions in the civic hall, foyer, atrium, and bistro. Post-completion acceptance measurements confirm the targeted levels of building tightness and acoustic performance, considering sound emission protection aspects related to the underground garage.
