In Berlin's Wedding district, a versatile office and commercial complex with flexible usable spaces has been created. The upper floors can be used as individual or open-plan offices. The building structure, facade, and technology allow for a variety of uses. The groundfloor offers gastronomic spaces, and beneath the building, there is an underground parking garage. The arrangement
of the building structures creates three courtyards, including two for delivery traffic.

Regarding room acoustics and building acoustics, it has been ensured that the office and commercial spaces offer an optimal acoustic environment. Thermal insulation and energy balancing have been optimized to ensure energy efficiency. In addition, noise immission control measures were implemented to minimise external noise and create a quiet working atmosphere. Furthermore, a building airtightness acceptance test (Blower Door) was conducted.

The project was awarded the DGNB Gold sustainability certification.
