The “Friedrich + Karl” office quarter in Cologne's Nord district is a forward-looking commercial location that offers space for modern working environments. The ensemble comprises several office buildings with high architectural quality and a clear focus on sustainability and user comfort. Spacious, flexible office areas, green inner courtyards and urban recreation zones make the quarter an attractive location for companies from a wide range of sectors.
The project is being realized in several construction phases on a site of around 20,000 square meters, which previously housed the DuMont Kunsthalle and unused outdoor areas, among other things. The entire project is scheduled for completion in 2027.

The project development is based on the highest energy and ecological standards. The buildings will be constructed in accordance with the EGB40 (EffizienzgebäudeBund 40) efficiency building standard and are aiming for DGNB Platinum certification – the highest sustainability certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council. The certification processes are currently underway.
