Münchner Bank eG's head office has been located on Frauenplatz next to the cathedral since 1897. Following the successful completion of the renovation work, the building of Bavaria's oldest cooperative bank now stands for innovative experience banking and impressively combines tradition and modernity. Behind the listed façade with its moving LED information screens, customers can expect a modern competence center with an adjoining museum.

The complete media technology equipment of the new building with large-screen display systems and interactive information points as well as the media control, data infrastructure, conference and sound technology were implemented in close cooperation with the architects. In the customer forum on the first floor, a media concept was created that allows customers to gather initial information on products and financial topics at interactive tables using touch screens. Picture walls and a large video wall in the museum in the basement convey content in words, images and vivid films. This experience is made possible by an automated playout center that supplies all the media screens with content via a state-of-the-art data network. The media technology also communicates with the building and changes the display depending on the time of day and the condition of the rooms.
