The new residential complex, consisting of fifteen houses arranged in a row, was realised on Angela-Molitoris-Platz and Hermine-von-Parish-Straße in Munich-Pasing. The pentagonal building complex stretches approximately 141.80 metres from north to south and 95.50 metres from west to east and is arranged around a large inner courtyard. It comprises 255 condominiums, a day-care centre with approx. 1495 m² and an underground car park with approx. 7249 m². The living space of the flats varies between approx. 29 m² and approx. 117 m² to meet different living requirements.

Müller-BBM Building Solutions prepared the fire protection certificate for the complex in building class 5 (GK 5), which is also to be assessed as a special building, in work phases 1 - 4. Two fire service access roads on Hermine-von-Parish-Straße provide access to the assembly areas in the inner courtyard. The use of aerial rescue vehicles from the fire brigade is planned to ensure the second escape route. The underground car park is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. The day care centre has radio-networked smoke alarms and a comprehensive alarm system, but without forwarding to the control centre.

In service phases 1 - 7, Müller-BBM Building Solutions also took on the building acoustics and carried out acoustic measurements in LP 8. The planning and implementation of the room acoustics in the day care centre was also undertaken. The careful planning ensures that the residential complex fulfils the highest standards in terms of both safety and living quality. The structural sound insulation is of a higher standard and was confirmed by acoustic acceptance measurements.
