The Innovation Park Artificial Intelligence (IPAI) is being built in Heilbronn as an international research and development location for artificial intelligence. An urban AI campus is being created on a 30-hectare site, combining workspaces, laboratories, start-up centres, residential and research areas, and public meeting places, offering space for over 5,000 employees to develop, transfer, and apply AI.
The architecture and landscape planning focus on high sustainability, integration of green spaces and site-specific bioclimatics. Energy efficiency, modular construction methods and renewable energies are central components of the design.

Müller-BBM Building Solutions is providing overall building physics consulting and additional services for the IPAI as part of phase 1.
