Acoustic Measurements
In the up-and-coming Munich district of Pasing, the EASY project has given rise to a distinctive residential quarter characterized by individuality and embedded within an excellent infrastructure. A striking residential tower marks the entrance to the development. Its upper floors house high-end gallery apartments known as Skylofts. Adjacent to the tower are four- to six-story buildings with façades in varying color schemes, creating a vibrant and dynamic appearance. The contemporary residential concept offers apartments ranging from one to five rooms and includes service options such as coordination of neighborhood services, parcel reception, car parking spaces equipped with electric charging stations, and pre-installations for smart home integration within the apartments.Front gardens and a landscaped inner courtyard provide abundant greenery, private retreats, and play areas for children. In close collaboration with the architects and specialized planners, the new construction was designed to meet enhanced requirements for building acoustics. Final acceptance measurements confirm the high quality of the selected construction components. To optimize energy performance, efficient and cost-effective thermal insulation measures were implemented. Particular attention was paid to the Skylofts, for which detailed simulations were carried out to ensure effective summer thermal protection, especially in the highly glazed living spaces.
