The exclusive level of the spacious residential units in terms of design and furnishings required the realization of a correspondingly good acoustic standard. Due to the very quiet residential location in one of Berlin's preferred residential areas, creating a high level of sound insulation with appropriate confidentiality posed a particular challenge. The realization of the highest sound insulation level (SSt III) according to VDI 4100 "Sound insulation in building construction - apartments" could be proven by acceptance measurements on site and represents a significant quality feature here.
