The municipality of Anzing realised a new development area to the north-west of the primary school with a day care centre and a multi-purpose school building based on a design by Goergens Miklautz Partner GmbB. The construction project comprised two separate buildings in a similar design with a timber hybrid construction. They extend over the basement, ground floor and upper floor, with possible extensions in later construction phases.

In view of the rural surroundings and the community's desire for a timber construction, a timber hybrid construction was chosen as the most economical solution. Due to the soil conditions (loess loam), the buildings do not have a basement, with technical rooms on the floors above ground. The exterior walls are made of insulated timber frame construction, which is also continued in the roof. Load-bearing interior walls are made of visible quality cross-laminated timber, while the storey ceilings are designed as timber-concrete composite ceilings. The day care centre offers space for a crèche and a kindergarten with expansion options, while the school building houses four classrooms with alternative facilities for additional pupils as well as a multifunctional canteen for school and community events.
