Originally constructed by the Berliner Wäschefabrik AG and completed in 1912, this building is a landmark of early modern architecture. It combines an innovative reinforced concrete structure—a groundbreaking technique at the time—with a neoclassical facade. Today, the six-story industrial ensemble is being reimagined as a modern office building that bridges tradition and innovation. The existing spaces are being completely renovated and transformed into sustainable, flexible work environments, perfectly suited for contemporary New Work concepts. Open floor plans encourage collaboration and adaptability. The elongated inner courtyard will be converted into a green oasis featuring recreational areas and outdoor workspaces, providing additional opportunities for creative work in an open-air setting. The entire redevelopment follows the highest sustainability standards, meeting the criteria for LEED Gold certification, creating future-oriented workspaces that combine functionality, environmental consciousness, and modern design.
