The Augsburg Innovation Park presents itself as an architectural masterpiece. Its elegant arch, adorned with a green roof, blends seamlessly into its surroundings and sets new standards for modern office complexes as a landmark in the Augsburg Innovation Park. Across an area of 70 hectares, an internationally recognized center of excellence for the production-oriented development of innovative technologies has been established.

The distinctive silhouette is characterized by energy efficiency and maximum flexibility. A notable feature is the façade made of 100% recycled aluminum, a world first that alone saves over 500 tons of CO2 emissions.

Furthermore, a variety of environmentally friendly technologies and modern materials have been prioritized. The rooftop photovoltaic systems contribute to the energy supply, while highly comfortable heating and cooling sails ensure effective climate control. Heating and cooling are provided through groundwater utilization, and the extensive green roof serves as a rainwater reservoir.

The building aims for certification under the international environmental standard 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design' (LEED) at the Platinum Core&Shell level.
