The NOVE office building closes the last remaining construction gap in Munich's Arnulfpark. The world-renowned architect and designer Antonio Citterio is responsible for the building, including the interior design. The building has six standard floors, three basement floors, a 23 m high, representative atrium and a high-rise wing with nine floors located on Luise-Ullrich-Strasse. Covering a total of 17,000 m², the building offers space for 1,300 modern office workstations, a spacious conference area, exclusive catering areas and access zones designed to resemble a hotel lobby.
The NOVE is designed as a green building. With its sustainable and efficient construction, the NOVE is at the cutting edge of technology and meets all the requirements for energy-efficient building operation. LEED Platinum certification is being sought. The elegant façade sets the NOVE apart from its surroundings: façade elements with gold-bronze frames give the building a striking, three-dimensional structure.
