Stadt-Palais Eisenzahn 1 is an exclusive flat block with twelve luxurious condominiums not far from Kurfürstendamm. Inspired by the flair of Parisian boulevards, the building also pays homage to the
to the upper-middle-class residential culture of Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The interior of the 60 m² lobby in front of the garden courtyard was designed exclusively by Bottega Veneta Design. The basement houses the underground car park, storage and technical rooms. The timelessly elegant ensemble is characterised by stylistic confidence down to the smallest detail and a high level of craftsmanship.

Although the principle of open and flexibly designed floor plans with clear room heights of 3.40 metres gives the owners unique opportunities for individual design, it poses a particular challenge for the desired high acoustic standard of the exclusive residential units. The realisation of the highest sound insulation level (SSt III) in accordance with VDI 4100 "Sound insulation in building construction – flats" was verified by acceptance measurements on site. A high standard was also realised with regard to the requirements for energy-saving thermal insulation.
