A new urban quarter has been created on the former Siemens AG production and office site between Tübinger Strasse and Hansastrasse, a model project for Munich's "compact – urban – green" maxim. An extensive range of residential, office, retail, gastronomy and recreational facilities as well as a daycare center offer residents an attractive infrastructure. A total of 265 apartments, several commercial units and around 200 underground parking spaces are organically distributed across six buildings. These are primarily classic multistorey and maisonette apartments as well as townhouses with large green roof terraces.

The urban quarter fits into a heterogeneous commercial environment. The acoustic compatibility of the residential use was therefore ensured on the basis of detailed studies on noise immission control. Parts of the building on Hansastrasse are crossed by the subway. On the basis of initial measurements and prognosis calculations based on them, measures for vibration and shock protection were developed and implemented in the form of elastic building support. In the fire protection concept, so-called box staircases are provided for maximum utilization of space, and the 2nd basement in the Tübinger Strasse construction area has a sprinklered delivery area. The energy and noise standards of the buildings are based on the urban planning and design quality of the site. quality of the area.
