Europacity, north of Berlin's main railway station, is currently the most modern and innovative office and residential location in the capital. Now another office building has been built there: MY.B, Berlin (My Base and My Berlin). The 120-metre-long new building follows the course of Heidestraße, which makes a striking bend here. The façade takes up this bend on the top floor and then shifts it downwards by a few meters floor by floor. The utilization concept envisages a public lobby with a café and large coworking areas that can be used by tenants and visitors alike. The office space on the five upper floors can be designed as individual, combined or open-plan offices, depending on the tenants' wishes.

Early on in the planning process, it was clear that a high-quality and prestigious building would be realized in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. All of Müller-BBM Building Solutions consulting services were developed in line with the desired DGNB Gold certification. Comfort and the creation of a quiet room atmosphere were the focus of the room acoustics planning for the conference areas and cafeteria on the first floor. Particular attention was paid to the design requirements of the building planners with regard to the sound-absorbing measures. Increased sound insulation was implemented within the office units.
