The Büschl Group is developing the former AGFA site in Munich-Giesing. Along Tegernseer Landstrasse, a building complex with a high-rise building is being constructed, which will house a hotel in addition to office and commercial space. The facade of the building was designed by Hild + K Architekten and consists partly of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The area to the rear is intended to be predominantly residential.

Müller-BBM Building Solutions has already provided the client with technical advice as part of the facade competition for the office and commercial building as well as the urban planning competition for the entire site. During the planning and construction of the office and commercial building, noise protection against traffic noise from Tegernseer Landstraße was of particular relevance. Furthermore, the planning aims to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency. Müller-BBM Building Solutions is currently analysing the energy standard of the individual buildings for the residential development.
